AceJewelry.com believes in giving their customers complete satisfaction. Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund, replace or exchange any unworn item (without custom engraving) within 30 days of receipt. It’s that simple.

1. Obtain a Return Authorization Code - Call Ace Jewelry.com at 1877 223-4020 to obtain your Return Authorization Number. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package you are returning.

2. Package your return – Package your item securely in a plainly wrapped cardboard box. Make sure to include the packing slip and for diamonds the original diamond certificate with your return. If the diamond certificate is not returned, a replacement fee of $200.00 will be charged. For security reasons, do not write diamonds or any other luxury related words anywhere on the outside of the box as it invites theft.

3. Shipping and Insurance – If your item is valued less than $500 you can ship it via any carrier. Be sure your item is fully insured and request a return receipt for confirmation that your return has reached Ace Jewelry.com.

If your item is valued at more than $500, ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for its total value and request a return receipt for confirmation that the package has reached Ace Jewelry.com. Or you can ship with UPS, Fed-ex. Return to:  Ace Jewelry Group

Failure to follow these instructions exactly will prevent the processing of your return.

Returned items take approximately five to seven business days to process from date of receipt. Once we have received your return, it will be inspected and reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Ace Jewelry.com will refund the full cost of the item. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment except for wire transfers.

 All items returned must be in the same condition as when they were sent fromAce Jewelry.com within 30 days from date of receipt. Any orders received after this date will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

 Packages received without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted for refund.

 Custom orders like orders with special finger sizes or engraving will not be accepted for refund or exchange.Any Item marked on product page as Special Order is non returnable.

 Items showing signs of wear or damage or those that have been resized, altered or engraved by another jeweler will not be excepted for a return.

 Any uninsured or poorly packaged items will not be accepted. Ace Jewelry.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
